Exhibitor Airtime Presentations

The National Conference Management Committee are pleased to invite exhibiting organisations to share their knowledge and expertise of their industry and/or products to Conference delegates via Exhibitor Airtime Presentations.  

 

 

Why Present?

Take this opportunity to showcase your products and services, demonstrate techniques for client assessments, introduce new product developments and reach current and potential customers with in-depth information or hands-on instruction in a live session environment.

The 12 minute sessions are to take place during lunch breaks at the Conference in the purpose-built exhibition theatre in the exhibition hall.  

 

How to Submit Your Presentation

To secure your presentation in the program you should submit a proposal via the call for presentations weblink for your presentation outline to be reviewed by members of the Conference committee by 30 April 2019.  The successful organisations will be notified by 21 May 2019.

 

General Information

Sessions are 12 minutes, offered during lunch times at the Conference 
A maximum of two proposals may be submitted by any one company
• Presentations must have an educational outcome for participants. Sales presentations and pure product promotions will not be accepted
Submissions will be reviewed by the Conference Committee and selected based on suitability and relevance to delegates
Submissions close on 30 April 2019
Sessions will be held in the purpose-built Exhibition Theatre located in the Exhibition hall
Sessions will be listed, with descriptions, in the Conference materials with their own program

 

Cost & Entitlements

Each presentation costs $500 and has the following inclusions:
• One 12 minute presentation (including audio visual equipment)
• Company logo and hyperlink to company website on the Conference website
• Presentation time and details listed in the program pages of the Conference handbook
• One complimentary day registration for your session presenter (includes catering)
• Exhibitor airtime presentations feature in Conference Daily Newsletter

Audio/Visual Equipment

The Exhibition theatre will be set with a screen, microphone, lectern, laptop and AV technician. Exhibitors are responsible for the cost of any additional audio visual equipment necessary.

PLEASE NOTE:  All presenters must be fully registered attendees of the Conference
